We have received a number of complaints from our customers regarding parking fines from the newly installed Parking Eye when they have visited us for food and drinks.
This was a step taken by the landlord to reduce the number of people parking in the car park but not using the businesses on site.
There are a number of signs around the car park and one in the entrance to our restaurant. On arrival at the Bistro please make sure you provide your registration number so we can enter them into the tablet provided and register your visit.
Should you visit the restaurant and still receive a fine please contact us at email@example.com with your car registration, time and date of the fine, your name and the time and date of your visit and we will check this against our records and raise this with Parking Eye on your behalf.
We are working closely with the Parking Eye team to resolve any unnecessary fines which neither us or them wish on anyone.
